These golden mushrooms are so beautiful, and expensive whenever in season. Swedish people love the Kantarell mushroom, and if they are not lucky enough to live close to a place where they can pick them, they buy them from the grocery store or local vendors, wrapped in paper and ribbon. Then they take them home and cook all kinds of things: A kantarell quiche, a crunchy kantarell open toast, or perhaps a kantarell sauce?
